The work was created by world acclaimed artist Michael Flechtner who is known for his visual three dimensional bending and playful yet thought provoking works. Michael designed the neon forever stamp for the United States Postal service and is in museum collections around the world. He is included in the collection of Katy Perry, Rhianna, and countless other collectors.
