MONA Members Tour Bob Baker Marionette Theater

Join fellow MONA members to experience the magic of the people, puppets, and place of Bob Baker Marionette Theater (BBMT) through a guided tour of the historic theatre by Winona Bechtle, Director of Partnerships at Bob Baker Marionette Theater and MONA Board Advisor.
BBMT is known for its charming handcrafted marionette shows, from its first original puppet show in 40 years, Choo Choo Revue, to community performances across Southern California, including The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. This enchanting nonprofit is the largest and longest running puppet theater in the United States. MONA has been delighted to collaborate with BBMT over the years. The theater's commitment to celebrating traditional crafts continues with their beautiful new neon marquee, designed to honor the historic quality of the building they occupy and the bright fantasies they bring to life in their shows.
